Author Donna Wayles is extremely proud and excited to share her latest article, Put Feet to Your Prayers. This was one story that really needed to be told to inspire people to pray and take action.
"For I know the plans I have for you,' declares the Lord, 'plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.'"

I'll Pray for You
A Christian Woman's Guide to Surviving Domestic Violence
Bruised, desperate and homeless, I stood on the back porch of the head deacon’s house. I expected him to welcome us with open arms. After all, he had helped us before. However, when I explained my situation, something was different this time. He didn’t invite us inside. Instead, he shook his head, saying, “I’m sorry. I’ve done all I can, but I’ll pray for you.” I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. With nowhere to go, I walked to my car, defeated, and drove away.
But, when I doubted everything and my life was in shambles, God showed me that although I had nothing left, He was all I needed. My faith transformed from merely doing my duty to having a deeply personal relationship with God. Through all the heartache, He has blessed me “exceedingly abundantly above all that I could ask or think” (Ephesians 3:20 KJV).
